If you would like to order required workplace posters for 2025, we are taking orders now and will be distributing after we receive the posters in January. The cost for the California physical poster is $30 and the cost for a set of electronic posters is $30 per state. You can distribute the electronic posters to all of your employees that are working remotely. Distributing electronic posters does not replace the necessity of posting a physical poster in the work location.
Once you let us know that you are interested in a poster, we will email you a form called “Information you will need to complete your Required Workplace Posters”. You can either fill out the form and return it to us, and we will deliver your poster with the required information filled in. Or you can keep the form for your reference and fill the information in once you receive the posters from us. If you are not interested in ordering posters from us but would like a copy of our form for reference, please respond to this email with your request and we will forward it to you.
